We all enjoy the perks, and benefits when it pertains to technology. Many of these products have made it easier for us all to achieve more throughout our day. Therefore, a lot of laptop reviews and buzz has been center around Toshiba’s latest laptop. This laptop Toshiba Portege z830 is to be one of the first 13-inch laptops that are light and thin. The specs indicate 0.63-inch profile and less than 2.5 pounds. Now that’s impressive but will consumers suffer on features because of how small this laptop is? Well according to Toshiba the answer is no. They have built this laptop to revolutionize this industry but not punish the consumer by downplaying important features. It would appear that Toshiba has built and ideal machine for travels, a person on the go or just anyone that does not want to be carrying around a brick for a laptop.

Only time will tell but so far based on various reports, Toshiba has possibly delivered an amazing product. The Portege Z830 will come equipped with some nice software packages and stunning technology. Some of those include a backlight keyboard that is spill proof, built-in web cam, and amazing sound and fingerprint reader. Oddly enough, I would have to say, that it appears Toshiba might have taken a few hints from Apple when designing this laptop. Nonetheless, this laptop looks very nice and the only drawback is that some peripherals will need to be attached. Therefore, if you want to make use of a CD-ROM drive it will need to be external and attached to one of the USB ports. Outside of that, this really is a sharp laptop. Oh and do I mention it has an HDMI port. Now that’s cool because you have the option to connect to other devices using this port, which are mainly television devices.
